History Zoom talk on 'The RAF from 1919 to 1939', by Stephen Robson

Are you interested in attending a history talk via ZOOM at 6 pm on Wednesday 27th September. The talk is about The RAF from 1919 to 1939', by Stephen Robson. The talk will focus on how a limited number of novice fighter pilots in new aircraft types ('the few') were able to prevent the experienced and larger Luftwaffe from gaining air superiority in 1940. The talk will cover the aviation scene from 1919 to 1939 and the emergence of the RAF during a time of reduced defence spending. The talk will be given in support of The Keep Military Museum, Dorchester and there is a charge of £5 to attend. A recording can be sent to anyone unable to watch on the day.
