Promotions

The Rifles were formed in 2007 from the amalgamation of our four forming regiments: Devonshire and Dorset Regiment, The Light Infantry, Royal Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Wiltshire Regiment and The Royal Green Jackets. We can trace our origins as far back as 1685 and are the modern successor of 22 pre-1881 regiments. Swift And Bold!
