Veteran Riflemen make the best employees - fact!
The 5 Pillars of the Regiment (Regular, Reserve, Communities, Cadets and Veterans) are important because they mutually support one another, and that helps us create an identity and a bond that the saying “ Once a Rifleman, Always a Rifleman” hinges on.
We want to support and help our own people after they have left The Rifles and our digital app SWIFT, under “Find A Job” lists job adverts that serving and veteran Riflemen can apply for.
If you run a business or hear of a job opportunity at your workplace, you can place an advert via “Post A Job”. It doesn’t matter what the job is, or where it is, by posting about it you could help a fellow Riflemen find gainful employment.
