Many congratulations to elite-level road cyclist LCpl Lewis Hale (1 RIFLES), who has been named Infantry Sports Person of the Year 2024! With such strong competition this is no small achievement, and it is a testament to how hard he has worked in this and previous seasons.
The regiment is incredibly proud of him as well as the other Riflemen who received Infantry Sports Colours for their respective sports representation: CSjt Couch, 3 RIFLES (Hockey), and Rfn O’Malley, 5 RIFLES (Netball) and LCpl Hale.
