The Lean on Me Project is an initiative by Leonie Case whose father succumbed to PTSD after a lengthy military career.
On Saturday, in Gloucestershire, a gathering of regimental family members bereaved by suicide tackled the Tough Mudder. They demonstrated not just how resilient young adults are, but that they are there for their parents, even in their darkest hours.
Never forget, they are also there for you to ‘lean on me’.
